Plan A team worked with DMI's brand owners to conduct online research, including auditing the brands' websites, mobile apps, social media channels, digital marketing efforts, on-site branding, and similar companies' analyses.

We analyzed the collected data and created detailed presentations for each brand, outlining their current status across various auditing points, from brand identity and content to online and offline presence. Then, recommendations and strategies outlined in a report will be provided to enhance brand recognition, customer perception, and overall market competitiveness for each brand.

Our collaboration with the brand's owners to launch the brand by executing a range of services: from conducting online research, and brand strategy, crafting the brand name and origin story, to developing its identity, product packaging, website, and launching it across digital and social platforms. We also developed the brand's content in both Arabic and English. Our journey of success continues as we work closely with influencers and launched Google and social ads to boost sales and solidify Yonboon's status as a frontrunner in the collagen market.
